Refund and Return Policy – Plant Hut

We strive to deliver healthy and live plants, but certain terms apply due to their fragile nature.


1. Damage During Delivery

  • Record a video (uncut, starting before unboxing) to claim replacement
  • No video = No replacement

2. No Replacement After Healthy Delivery

  • If the plant arrives healthy but dies later due to care or climate, we are not responsible

3. Time Limit to Report Issues

  • Report within 24 hours of delivery with video evidence
  • Requests beyond 24 hours may not be entertained
  • After successfully verify the details the product will replacement with in 5-7 Business day.
  • And return product will delivery with in 7-10 business day.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 8 hours
  • Not cancellable once packing has begun
