Refund and Return Policy – Plant Hut
We strive to deliver healthy and live plants, but certain terms apply due to their fragile nature.
1. Damage During Delivery
- Record a video (uncut, starting before unboxing) to claim replacement
- No video = No replacement
2. No Replacement After Healthy Delivery
- If the plant arrives healthy but dies later due to care or climate, we are not responsible
3. Time Limit to Report Issues
- Report within 24 hours of delivery with video evidence
- Requests beyond 24 hours may not be entertained
- After successfully verify the details the product will replacement with in 5-7 Business day.
- And return product will delivery with in 7-10 business day.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 8 hours
- Not cancellable once packing has begun
