Welcome to Plant Hut (www.planthut.co.in). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any order.
1. Eligibility to Order You must be at least 18 years old or under the supervision of a legal guardian to place an order.
2. Minimum Order Requirement Minimum order: 5 plants. You may choose the same or different varieties from our 250+ options.
3. Order Confirmation
- No Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Orders are confirmed after full payment
- Confirmation sent via Email
- Packing photos sent before dispatch for transparency
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices in INR, subject to change without notice
- Payment methods: UPI, Bank Transfer, others as shown at checkout
- In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel/revise the order with notification
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Orders dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation
- Two options: Normal Delivery (4–6 days, road), Premium Delivery (2–3 days, air)
- Courier partners: Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, XpressBees, Ekart, India Post
6. Plant Health Guarantee Plants are sent healthy. We cannot guarantee survival post-delivery due to care and climate factors.
7. Cancellations
- Allowed within 8 hours of ordering
- Not allowed once packing starts
8. Refund and Replacement Policy
- Video proof required for any damaged delivery claims
- No refund/replacement after healthy delivery
- Issues must be reported within 24 hours
- When unboxing the video recording must be needed for replacement
9. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for delivery delays due to courier/weather/force majeure
- No liability for damage post-delivery
